Danconia’s Mixed-Media Art employs a range of techniques and mediums including hand-painting (acrylic), spray paint, photography, CGI, Graphic Design and illustration (hand and digital). The result is a Pop-Surreal “UltraMOD” collage of icons and iconography—from the cool to the kawaii—an irreverent homage to 60’s British MOD, French New Wave Cinema and Japanese Outsider Art.

Sean Danconia’s Tezuka-inspired series (based on mixed-media originals) are made with the approval and authorization of Tezuka Sensei’s heirs and representatives in Japan.
